Majlis Santuni Petugas Pembersihan Sempena Hari Pekerja Pembersihan Peringkat Negeri Melaka 2026
CMIINFRA joined in celebrating the cleaning personnel at the Majlis Santuni Petugas Pembersihan Sempena Sambutan Hari Pekerja Pembersihan Peringkat Negeri Melaka 2026, held at Stadium Hang Jebat. The event was officiated by YB Datuk Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin, Chairman of the Melaka Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change and Disaster Management, representing the Chief Minister of Melaka. Also in attendance were YB Datuk Zulkiflee bin Datuk Seri Mohd Zin, Deputy Chairman of the Melaka Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change and Disaster Management, and YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Mayor of MBMB. As a gesture of appreciation, a lucky draw was also held to recognise the contributions and commitment of the cleaning personnel in maintaining the cleanliness and environment of the state. CMIINFRA extends its appreciation to all cleaning personnel for their dedication and continued service.

Mini Health Program 2.0 Bersama Mahkota Medical Centre
Following the weekly Yasin recitation, CMIINFRA successfully organised the Mini Health Program 2.0 at its Headquarters in collaboration with Mahkota Medical Centre, reaffirming the company’s commitment to promoting a healthier and more informed workforce. The programme began with an insightful health talk and guided stretching session by Mr. Shahril, Rehabilitation Manager and Senior Physiotherapist (Certified Kinesiotherapist) at Mahkota Medical Centre. The session, titled “Ergonomics for a Healthier Workplace”, highlighted the importance of maintaining proper posture and practising good ergonomics to support employees’ health and well-being in the workplace. The programme continued with a comprehensive health screening session, offering the Basic Health Screening Programme, Cholesterol Test, Blood Screening, and Consultation on Chronic Kidney Disease to encourage early detection and preventive healthcare. Through initiatives such as the Mini Health Program 2.0, CMIINFRA remains dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that values employee well-being, promotes healthy lifestyle practices, and encourages proactive health management.

CMIINFRA participated in the 𝘒𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘰𝘪 𝘉𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘬𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 𝘔𝘉𝘔𝘉 𝘚𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘢𝘬𝘺𝘢𝘵 (𝘔𝘦𝘚𝘙𝘈) 𝘥𝘢𝘯 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘗𝘦𝘯𝘺a𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘢 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 𝘞𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘭 𝘙𝘢𝘬𝘺𝘢𝘵 𝘜𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘬 𝘙𝘢𝘬𝘺𝘢𝘵 (𝘞𝘙𝘜𝘙) 𝘋𝘜𝘕 𝘗𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘙𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘛𝘢𝘩𝘶𝘯 2026. The convoy covered several locations including Cheng, Taman Seri Krubong, and Taman Krubong Jaya, before ending at Kampung Tanah Merah, Krubong. Organised by the 𝘔𝘢𝘫𝘭𝘪𝘴 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘔𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘬𝘢 𝘉𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘫𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘩 (MBMB), this program is an initiative to reach out to the local community through the delivery of donations and welfare visits to selected residents. CMIINFRA successfully conducted the Unlocking Excellence Through Document Control training programme, attended by 30 employees. The programme was designed to strengthen staff members’ understanding of the fundamental principles of document control systems while enhancing compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements. The training was delivered by Mr. Zulaim bin Mohammed, Quality Management Representative, who shared practical insights and best practices in document management, covering key processes such as document preparation, storage, and disposal in accordance with established procedures. Through this initiative, CMIINFRA aims to reinforce employees’ understanding of the importance of effective document control and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) compliance while fostering a workplace culture that is efficient, consistent, and driven by integrity.

CMIINFRA participated in the Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR) Programme for DUN Gadek by opening a complaint counter at Taman Sebang Gemilang. The programme was officiated by YB Datuk P. Shanmugam A/L V. Pitchay, EXCO Belia, Sukan dan Badan Bukan Kerajaan (NGO), as well as the ADUN for Gadek. It is hoped that this initiative will serve as an effective platform to help the local community channel their complaints in a more organized and efficient manner.

Kursus Pembangunan Kontraktor Bersama CIDB Melaka
CMIINFRA organised the Contractor Development Course for Routine Works under the Integrated Maintenance Project for State Roads, Local Authority Roads, Village Roads, and Agricultural Roads in the State of Melaka, in collaboration with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). The event was graced by the presence of Puan Ruzaihah binti Abdullah, Director of CIDB Melaka. Briefing sessions were delivered by Encik Zahidi bin Hashim, General Manager of CIDB Levy Management Division (BPL); Encik Ahmad bin Lolam, Senior Assistant Manager, Contractor and Construction Personnel Registration Division; and Puan Hamidah binti Lamat, Senior Executive, Training Division, Akademi Binaan Malaysia (ABM) Southern Region. This initiative aimed to enhance contractors’ awareness and understanding of occupational safety and health, as well as compliance with construction industry standards, particularly in road maintenance works. It is hoped that this course will serve as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing in nurturing contractors who are more competitive, possess integrity, and remain committed to delivering quality work throughout the State of Melaka.

The ceremony was officiated by Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, together with the state leadership of Kerajaan Negeri Melaka, accompanied by Azhar bin Arshad, State Secretary of Melaka. Also present in support were Hameed bin Mytheen Kunju Basheer, EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Transport of Melaka State, and Zahari bin Abd. Kalil, Deputy EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Transport of Melaka State. The event was further graced by Mohamad Salzeli bin Moktar, Director of the Jabatan Kerja Raya Melaka. This initiative is hoped to serve as an important platform in strengthening strategic relations between CMIINFRA and the State Government of Melaka, while also bringing infrastructure maintenance services closer to the people.

Program Mini Kesihatan dan Kesedaran Mental Bersama Mahkota Medical Centre dan Eyecon
Following the weekly Yasin recitation, CMIINFRA organised a Mini Health Program at the CMIINFRA Headquarters in collaboration with Mahkota Medical Centre and Eyecon. The program commenced immediately after the Yasin recitation with a health briefing session delivered by Dr. Nur Anis binti Ms Hilmi titled “Depression & Anxiety Disorder”, which provided exposure and awareness on the importance of mental health care in daily life and the workplace. Subsequently, a health screening session was conducted by representatives from Mahkota Medical Centre and Eyecon. The health screenings provided included a Basic Health Program, Cholesterol Test, Blood Screening, Blood Type Examination, Eye Examination by Eyecon, as well as a Dietitian Consultation Session to help employees obtain healthier and more balanced nutritional advice. The organisation of this program aimed to enhance employees’ awareness on the importance of maintaining both physical and mental health, while encouraging healthy lifestyle practices and early detection of potential health risks.

CMIINFRA participated in the Career Connect 2.0 Walk-In Interview MYFutureJobs program held at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Batu Pahat, Johor. This program was officiated by Prof. Ir. Dr. Mohd Haziman bin Wan Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Built Environment, accompanied by Prof. Madya Ir. Ts. Dr. Nor Haslinda binti Abas, Deputy Dean (Student Affairs & Alumni), Faculty of Civil Engineering and Built Environment. Participation in this career carnival creates opportunities for strategic collaboration between industry and educational institutions, while further strengthening CMIINFRA’s image within the infrastructure development sector. It is hoped that this initiative will continue to serve as a platform to engage with youth and nurture a high-quality workforce for the future.

CMIINFRA participated in the Sales Tax and Service Tax (SST) Seminar: Services, Construction, and Maintenance or Repair, organised by the Melaka Public Works Department (JKR Melaka) in collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department of Melaka State. The seminar was held at the Auditorium, Kompleks CMI. The seminar session was officiated by Mr. Ir. Rosdi bin Abu Bakar, Supervising Civil Engineer (Roads), JKR Melaka. Also present to enliven the event were YBhg. Datuk Ahmad Azlan bin Ahmad Salleh, General Manager of the Melaka Chief Minister Incorporated (CMI), and Mr. Haji Helmi bin Hamdan, Chief Operating Officer of CMIINFRA. It is hoped that the knowledge-sharing through this seminar will enhance understanding and collective awareness of the implementation of the taxation system within the construction industry as well as infrastructure maintenance.

Bhd. was successfully held at Stadium Hang Tuah, Jalan Hang Tuah, Melaka. The event was officiated by Clr. Mr. Mustafa Bin Mohamed Baboo, Chief Councillor of MBMB. Also present were YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Mayor of MBMB, accompanied by Mr. Muhammad Firdaus Bin Shariff, City Secretary of MBMB. CMIINFRA staff participated in the Introduction, Knowledge and Awareness Course on ISO 9001:2015, held at the CMIINFRA Headquarters. The three-day course involved participation from all staff, including those from the Headquarters and District Site Offices (Melaka Tengah, Alor Gajah, and Jasin). This program is hoped to serve as a stepping stone towards cultivating a work culture that is more quality-driven, efficient, and aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standards.

CMIINFRA was honoured to receive a courtesy and engagement visit from representatives of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) at the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
The visit included a two-way briefing session covering an introduction to the company and the scope of work carried out by CMIINFRA, followed by a detailed presentation on CIDB’s roles and functions.
It is hoped that this visit will mark the beginning of knowledge sharing and strategic collaboration between both parties.

CMIINFRA was honoured to be part of the Majlis Anugerah Sukan Negeri Melaka Kali ke-39 (Tahun 2023–2024), held at Dusit Princess Hotel, in support of the government’s efforts to recognise the contributions and achievements of Melaka’s athletes. The prestigious ceremony was graced by the presence of Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka.The event was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by YB Datuk VP Shanmugam A/L V. CMIINFRA continues to strengthen safety practices through the organization of the Safety Awareness Course held at the CMIINFRA Headquarters. The three-day program involved participation from staff members of the Headquarters as well as Site Offices in the districts of Melaka Tengah, Jasin, and Alor Gajah. This course serves as evidence of CMIINFRA’s continuous commitment to ensuring that every staff member understands the importance of safety as a shared responsibility. It is hoped that all employees will enhance their awareness and consistently apply safety measures in carrying out their daily tasks.

Program Sinar Zulhijjah
Tuesday, June 10, 2025. CMIINFRA employees have participated in the Program Sinar Zulhijjah in conjunction with the Ibadah Korban Aidiladha with the Orang Asli Community of Melaka State in the Orang Asli Village of Bukit Seraya, Jasin. The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Rahmad bin Mariman, EXCO for Education, Higher Education and Religious Affairs and was attended by several other agencies including the Islamic Religious Council (MAIM), the Malacca Orang Asli Development Department (JAKOA) and the Hidayah Center Foundation. A total of five cows were distributed to the surrounding residents in conjunction with the Aidiladha celebration.

Saturday, May 31, 2025. The fourth Program Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR), Lendu State Assembly took place at Japerun Lendu Complex, Alor Gajah. The Melaka State Cleaning Workers Appreciation Ceremony 2024 was held at MITC, Ayer Keroh, to honor the dedication and hard work of cleaning workers in ensuring that Melaka remains clean and beautiful.
Approximately 4,000 cleaning workers attended the event, including representatives from CMIINFRA, the Chief Minister’s Department of Melaka (CMI), the Historical Melaka City Council (MBMB), and Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB).
Also present were YB Dato’ Azhar bin Haji Arshad, the State Secretary of Melaka, and YB Datuk Hj Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin, Senior EXCO for Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change, and Disaster Management.

The CMIINFRA Sports and Recreation Club (SPIRIT) successfully organized the House of Game program, involving staff participation from the headquarters and district offices of Melaka Tengah, Jasin, and Alor Gajah.
Among the activities contested were PS5 – FIFA 2024 for male staff, while female staff participated in the game Twister.
The closing ceremony was enlivened with a prize-giving event officiated by the President of SPIRIT, Mohd Harithan bin Ahmad Tarmizi.

Kursus Induksi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan untuk Pekerja Binaan
The Safety and Health Induction Course for Construction Workers was conducted by Mr. A. Khalil bin Kamarudin, Safety and Health Officer, at the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
This course provided crucial insights for staff, especially those who have yet to obtain the Green Card from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), encouraging them to register promptly.
The card not only fulfills legal requirements but also equips employees with fundamental knowledge to work safely in construction environments.
By attending this course, employees gain a better understanding of risks at construction sites and how to mitigate them, contributing to a safer working environment.

Kursus Pertolongan Cemas Asas Dan CPR
CMIINFRA organized a two-day Basic First Aid and CPR Course on November 12 and 13 at the Seminar Room of the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
The course was conducted by Mr. Mohtar bin Hj. Ahmad, a former Medical Assistant at Mahkota Medical Center from the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, who provided essential knowledge on basic first aid for critical emergency situations such as accidents or injuries.
With these skills, employees are now better equipped to respond promptly during emergencies, ensuring everyone’s safety before professional medical help arrives.

The CMIINFRA Sports and Recreation Club (SPIRIT) contributed their efforts to the Jamboree@Chinchin X Helaz & CPR Carnival program, a collaborative event with the Melaka Youth Council (MGBM) under the leadership of YB Datuk Khaidirah binti Abu Zahar, Deputy EXCO for Investment, Industry, and TVET Development, who is also the ADUN RIM.
Held at Taman Ekstrem Tasik Chinchin, Jasin, the event featured various exciting activities such as the Jamboree Ride, Pushbike Fun Race, and CPR Fun Run, fostering a spirit of sportsmanship within the broader community.
The closing ceremony was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by YB Datuk P. Shanmugam A/L Pitchay, EXCO for Youth, Sports, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and the Gadek Assemblyman.

Perlawanan Boling Terbuka Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan Perbadanan Kemajuan Tanah Adat Melaka (KSK PERTAM)
The Open Bowling Tournament organized by the Sports and Welfare Club of the Melaka Customary Land Development Corporation (KSK PERTAM) took place at the Melaka International Bowling Center (MIBC), MITC Ayer Keroh, with participation from agencies such as Yayasan Melaka, Bank Rakyat, and the Office of the Governor of Melaka.
The presence of YBhg. Datuk Mohd Ridhwan bin Mohd Ali, Chief Executive Officer of PERTAM, who witnessed and supported the competing teams, added excitement to the event.
In addition to promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports activities, the tournament played a significant role in strengthening social ties and welfare among CMIINFRA staff and the local community.

Gotong-Royong Perdana Untuk Program Jamboree@Chinchin x Helaz
The CMIINFRA team participated in the Grand Gotong-Royong to clean up Taman Ekstrem Tasik Chinchin, Jasin, in preparation for the Jamboree@Chinchin x Helaz Program and the Melaka State CPR Carnival 2024, which will be held over two consecutive days from October 25 to 26.
The cleaning activities covered areas such as the campsite, drains, and surau to ensure public facilities are in top condition for the event.
The cleaning program was also attended by YB Datuk Khaidirah binti Datuk Seri Abu Zahar, Deputy EXCO for Investment, Industry, and TVET Development.
This gotong-royong was not just a cleaning effort but also a way to strengthen relationships between agencies through a spirit of collaboration.

The CMIINFRA Complaints Unit has taken the initiative to go to the field by opening a complaints counter on Hari Bertemu Rakyat (HBR) in conjunction with the 2024 Melaka State Level Santuni Madani Program at the Raudhatul Hannah Mosque, Bukit Bayan. The program was further enhanced by the presence of YB Tuan Haji Adly bin Zahari, Deputy Minister of Defense and Bukit Katil assemblyman, accompanied by YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Mayor of the Historic Melaka City Council (MBMB). Saturday, October 12, 2024. Hari Sukan Negara Peringkat Daerah Alor Gajah and Poghut Ayer Limau Berpoloh 2024 took place at Taman Sri Aman, Masjid Tanah. Among the interesting activities that have been organized throughout the program include Fun Run, Sports, Pull the Rope and Netball. The event, which was held with great excitement, was officiated by YB Datuk Hameed bin Mytheen Kunju Basheer, EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Transport who is also the Ayer Limau assemblyman. Thursday, August 29, 2024. The Malaya Temara Nostalgia Festival was held with great enthusiasm at CMIINFRA Headquarters, Bukit Beruang, in conjunction with celebrating Independence Day and Malaysia Day. This festival features a variety of interesting activities, including the screening of wayang pacak ‘Kanang Anak Langkau’, folk games such as batu seremban and stabbing the feet, as well as the best dress competition. It is hoped that this program can further strengthen brotherhood among staff, both at the Headquarters and at the District Site, while remembering the history and spirit of the country’s independence.

A Subcontractor Training was organized by CMIINFRA at the District Site Office for Alor Gajah, Melaka Tengah, and Jasin over three consecutive days, from Tuesday, August 20, to Thursday, August 22, 2024.
The key topics covered during the briefing included an introduction to Grass Cutting Maintenance Work (R03), Bridge and Culvert Cleaning (R05), Drain Cleaning (R07), a briefing on Contracts, as well as awareness of the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Safety.
This training not only provided staff with broader exposure to technical fields but also prepared them to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure safety at project sites.

The Closing Ceremony of the Program Mini Karnival Usahawan Desa (KUD) @ Festival D’Bendang Melaka State 2024 was successfully held at Kem Benteng Negara, Sungai Rambai.
CMIINFRA played a crucial role in ensuring the festival grounds were clean, organized, and safe before the event began, guaranteeing the smooth running of various activities throughout the three-day festival.
Among other activities held were sales booths and traditional sports events, such as fish-catching competitions, volleyball, bicycle balancing, and pillow fighting.

Hari Bertemu Rakyat (HBR) for the Jasin parliamentary constituency was held at Dewan Alamanda, Jasin, Melaka. The program was officiated by the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, accompanied by the State Secretary, YB Dato’ Azhar bin Haji Arshad.
The event was also attended by the senior management of CMIINFRA, including the Chief Executive Officer and Director, Che Hasnadi bin Che Hassan, and the Chief Operating Officer, Helmi bin Hamdan.
All agencies and state government departments of Melaka participated in the HBR program, with CMIINFRA playing a role in assisting the public in reporting maintenance-related complaints more easily.

The Four-Corner Football Match between CMIINFRA and the teams from Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB), Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Negeri Melaka (SWCorp), and SWM Environment Sdn. Bhd. was successfully held at Hang Tuah Stadium, Jalan Hang Tuah, Melaka. CMIINFRA’s football team, TEMARA FC, achieved third place in this inaugural tournament.
Also present was YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, the Mayor of MBMB, who officiated the match with a ceremonial kick-off.
The event not only helped improve the physical health and fitness of the staff through continuous physical activity but also strengthened the camaraderie among the agencies.

Perlawanan Persahabatan Bola Sepak Antara CMIINFRA Dan PDTMT
A friendly football match between CMIINFRA and the Melaka Tengah District and Land Office (PDTMT) took place at the Vocational College Field, Bukit Katil.
This event not only provided an opportunity for staff to connect and interact with colleagues from other departments but also helped develop problem-solving and strategic planning skills through the game.
CMIINFRA also presented a token of appreciation to PDTMT’s Senior Assistant District Officer, Mohd Azri bin Mohideen Abdul Kadir, as a gesture of gratitude for participating in this friendly match.

National Training Week Job Fair 2024
The National Training Week Job Fair 2024 was held at Dewan Platinum, Politeknik Merlimau. This fair serves as a comprehensive platform to connect job seekers with employers, providing various training and career development opportunities. CMIINFRA also participated in this program, offering new opportunities for the potential youth of Melaka. This program indirectly helps to introduce and strengthen CMIINFRA’s reputation as an employer of choice among job seekers.

Program Gotong-Royong Korban DUN Ayer Limau 2024
Program Gotong-Royong Korban for Ayer Limau Constituency 2024 was successfully completed at the Ayer Limau JAPERUN Complex, Lubok China.
The top management of CMIINFRA participated in the distribution of sacrificial meat and food kits to the program participants. A total of 17 cows were distributed to the villagers involved.
Also present was YB Datuk Hameed bin Kunju Basheer, the EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities, and Transport, who is also the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Ayer Limau.

Hari Bertemu Rakyat Dun Machap Jaya
Program Hari Bertemu Rakyat for DUN Machap Jaya was held at Dewan JAPERUN Machap Jaya, Alor Gajah. Present at this event organized by JAPERUN Machap Jaya was YB Tuan Ngwe Hee Sem, who serves as the EXCO for Health, Human Resources, and Unity, and also doubles as the ADUN for Machap Jaya.
CMIINFRA participated in the program to strengthen direct relationships with the residents of Machap Jaya and to facilitate their reporting of maintenance-related issues.

May 7, 2024 The CMIINFRA Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration Ceremony took place with great excitement. The ceremony was also brightened up with the presence of the guest of honor YAB Datuk Seri Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Malacca. Also present at this event were YB Datuk Abd Aziz bin Engan (State Legal Adviser), the EXCO and Deputy EXCO of the Melaka State Government, heads of Melaka State Departments and Agencies.
