Eligibility Requirements for Contractors
1. Must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with at least Grade G1 and G2, with valid registration and operating within Melaka. For specific works (RO1, RO2, RO6), CIDB registration is mandatory.
2. And Contractors have a valid Ministry of Finance (MOF) certification.
Company Registration
Only companies registered with CMIINFRA and with active ownership or valid licenses are allowed to participate.
Quotation Notice
The quotation terms must align with the official Quotation Offer Notice at CMIINFRA.
Briefing Session
Selected contractors will be notified by phone or email and must attend a mandatory briefing. Failure to attend may result in disqualification.
Contract Cancellation
CMIINFRA reserves the right to cancel the offer if the contractor fails to meet documentation requirements.
Work Start Date
The work commencement date will be communicated during the briefing and included in the subcontractor appointment letter.
Submission of Quotation
Quotations must be submitted in an A4-sized envelope, labeled with the quotation number. The right side of the envelope must contain the company name. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Late Submissions
CMIINFRA will reject any late submissions, especially from inactive contractors.
Incomplete Documents
Quotations with incomplete documents will not be processed.
Fee
A processing fee of RM20 is applicable, and a copy of the receipt must be attached to the submitted quotation. Payment can be made through a QR code as specified.
