Seminar Cukai Jualan dan Cukai Perkhidmatan (CJCP): Perkhidmatan, Pembinaan dan Penyelenggaraan atau Pembaikan anjuran Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Melaka dengan kerjasama Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia Negeri Melaka
CMIINFRA participated in the Sales Tax and Service Tax (SST) Seminar: Services, Construction, and Maintenance or Repair, organised by the Melaka Public Works Department (JKR Melaka) in collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department of Melaka State. The seminar was held at the Auditorium, Kompleks CMI.
The seminar session was officiated by Mr. Ir. Rosdi bin Abu Bakar, Supervising Civil Engineer (Roads), JKR Melaka.
Also present to enliven the event were YBhg. Datuk Ahmad Azlan bin Ahmad Salleh, General Manager of the Melaka Chief Minister Incorporated (CMI), and Mr. Haji Helmi bin Hamdan, Chief Operating Officer of CMIINFRA.
It is hoped that the knowledge-sharing through this seminar will enhance understanding and collective awareness of the implementation of the taxation system within the construction industry as well as infrastructure maintenance.

Program Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR) DUN Bukit Katil dengan Membuka Kaunter Aduan di Melaka Mall
The program was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, and was accompanied by YB Adly bin Zahari, Coordinator for the DUN Bukit Katil. Also present to receive and engage with the Chief Minister of Melaka, Ir. Hj. Mohamad Salzeli bin Moktar, Director of the Melaka Public Works Department. CMIINFRA’s involvement in this programme reflects a proactive initiative to strengthen community engagement, while demonstrating strong support for the Melaka State Government’s continuous efforts in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of the people.

Perlawanan Bola Sepak Empat Penjuru
The Perlawanan Bola Sepak Empat Penjuru between CMIINFRA, Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB), Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Negeri Melaka (SWCorp), and SWM Environment Sdn. Bhd. was successfully held at Stadium Hang Tuah, Jalan Hang Tuah, Melaka. The event was officiated by Clr. Mr. Mustafa Bin Mohamed Baboo, Chief Councillor of MBMB. Also present were YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Mayor of MBMB, accompanied by Mr. Muhammad Firdaus Bin Shariff, City Secretary of MBMB. This friendly match not only promoted better health and physical fitness among staff through continuous sporting activities but also strengthened the bonds of camaraderie between agencies. Kursus Pengenalan, Pengetahuan dan Kesedaran Tentang ISO 9001:2015
CMIINFRA staff participated in the Introduction, Knowledge and Awareness Course on ISO 9001:2015, held at the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
The three-day course involved participation from all staff, including those from the Headquarters and District Site Offices (Melaka Tengah, Alor Gajah, and Jasin).
This program is hoped to serve as a stepping stone towards cultivating a work culture that is more quality-driven, efficient, and aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standards.

CMIINFRA participated in the Program Hari Ahli Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri (EXCO) Bersama Rakyat (HEBAT) Negeri Melaka, held at Kompleks Seri Negeri, Ayer Keroh.
The event was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, together with the state government leadership.
Also present in support were YB Datuk Haji Hameed bin Mytheen Kunju Basheer and YB Datuk Zahari bin Abd Kalil, EXCO and Deputy EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Transport.

Kunjungan dan Sesi Libat Urus Bersama Wakil CIDB
CMIINFRA was honoured to receive a courtesy and engagement visit from representatives of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) at the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
The visit included a two-way briefing session covering an introduction to the company and the scope of work carried out by CMIINFRA, followed by a detailed presentation on CIDB’s roles and functions.
It is hoped that this visit will mark the beginning of knowledge sharing and strategic collaboration between both parties.

Majlis Anugerah Sukan Negeri Melaka Kali ke-39 (Tahun 2023–2024)
CMIINFRA was honoured to be part of the Majlis Anugerah Sukan Negeri Melaka Kali ke-39 (Tahun 2023–2024), held at Dusit Princess Hotel, in support of the government’s efforts to recognise the contributions and achievements of Melaka’s athletes.
The prestigious ceremony was graced by the presence of Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka.
The event was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by YB Datuk VP Shanmugam A/L V. Pitchay, EXCO for Youth, Sports and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and Encik Mohd Asri bin Haji Ninggal, Director of Majlis Sukan Negeri Melaka.

Kursus Kesedaran Keselamatan
CMIINFRA continues to strengthen safety practices through the organization of the Safety Awareness Course held at the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
The three-day program involved participation from staff members of the Headquarters as well as Site Offices in the districts of Melaka Tengah, Jasin, and Alor Gajah.
This course serves as evidence of CMIINFRA’s continuous commitment to ensuring that every staff member understands the importance of safety as a shared responsibility.

Friday, 17 October 2025. CMIINFRA participated in the 7th Program Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR) for the State of Melaka, specifically for the DUN Klebang, by setting up a public complaints counter at Dewan SJKC Ying Chye, Bukit Rambai.
The lively program was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by YB Datuk Wira Azhar bin Haji Arshad, Melaka State Secretary.

Sunday, 31 August 2025. For the first time since its establishment, CMIINFRA gallantly participated in the Pertandingan Kereta Berhias organized by Majlis Perbandaran Hang Tuah Jaya (MPHTJ) in conjunction with the 68th Melaka Independence Celebration.
What made it even more special was that the lorry’s decoration was 100% the result of CMIINFRA employees’ creativity, from planning to the final touches.

Saturday, 16 August 2025. CMIINFRA has participated in the Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR) program for DUN Rembia by opening a complaint counter at Dataran Keris, Alor Gajah.
The program was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by YB Datuk Fairul Nizam bin Roslan, EXCO for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Communication, who also serves as the Coordinator for DUN Rembia.
In addition to the complaint counter, the program featured various community activities, including local sports competitions and “Kolam” decoration.

Program Hari Terbuka JKR 2025 & Persidangan Pegawai Kanan (SOC) JKR Malaysia 2025
Sunday – Wednesday, 13 – 16 July 2025. CMIINFRA participated in the JKR Open Day 2025 on 13 July, followed by the Senior Officers Conference (SOC) JKR Malaysia 2025 from 14 to 16 July in Kuala Terengganu.
CMIINFRA were honoured to represent Melaka on a national platform and showcasing exclusive booth with a special Melaka’s aesthetic touch and offering light refreshments made from local products, which received great attention from visitors.

Program Sinar Zulhijjah
Tuesday, June 10, 2025. CMIINFRA employees have participated in the Program Sinar Zulhijjah in conjunction with the Ibadah Korban Aidiladha with the Orang Asli Community of Melaka State in the Orang Asli Village of Bukit Seraya, Jasin. The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Rahmad bin Mariman, EXCO for Education, Higher Education and Religious Affairs and was attended by several other agencies including the Islamic Religious Council (MAIM), the Malacca Orang Asli Development Department (JAKOA) and the Hidayah Center Foundation. A total of five cows were distributed to the surrounding residents in conjunction with the Aidiladha celebration.

Saturday, May 31, 2025. The fourth Program Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR), Lendu State Assembly took place at Japerun Lendu Complex, Alor Gajah. In addition to participating in the Kerb Painting Program as an initiative to cheer up the environment, CMIINFRA also opened a complaint counter to make it easier for the community to voice any infrastructure-related problems. Among other activities organized include Fun Walk, free rice distribution and folk sports. The closing ceremony was completed by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Malacca accompanied by YB Datuk Seri Utama (Dr.) Haji Sulaiman bin Md Ali, ADUN Lendu.

Thursday, February 13, 2025. CMIINFRA received an official visit from the Public Works Department (JKR) of Kluang District, Johor in a working visit session. Majlis Apresiasi Pekerja Pembersihan Negeri Melaka 2024
The Melaka State Cleaning Workers Appreciation Ceremony 2024 was held at MITC, Ayer Keroh, to honor the dedication and hard work of cleaning workers in ensuring that Melaka remains clean and beautiful.
Approximately 4,000 cleaning workers attended the event, including representatives from CMIINFRA, the Chief Minister’s Department of Melaka (CMI), the Historical Melaka City Council (MBMB), and Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB).
Also present were YB Dato’ Azhar bin Haji Arshad, the State Secretary of Melaka, and YB Datuk Hj Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin, Senior EXCO for Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change, and Disaster Management.

House of Games SPIRIT
The CMIINFRA Sports and Recreation Club (SPIRIT) successfully organized the House of Game program, involving staff participation from the headquarters and district offices of Melaka Tengah, Jasin, and Alor Gajah.
Among the activities contested were PS5 – FIFA 2024 for male staff, while female staff participated in the game Twister.
The closing ceremony was enlivened with a prize-giving event officiated by the President of SPIRIT, Mohd Harithan bin Ahmad Tarmizi.

Kursus Induksi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan untuk Pekerja Binaan
The Safety and Health Induction Course for Construction Workers was conducted by Mr. A. Khalil bin Kamarudin, Safety and Health Officer, at the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
This course provided crucial insights for staff, especially those who have yet to obtain the Green Card from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), encouraging them to register promptly.
The card not only fulfills legal requirements but also equips employees with fundamental knowledge to work safely in construction environments.
By attending this course, employees gain a better understanding of risks at construction sites and how to mitigate them, contributing to a safer working environment.

Kursus Pertolongan Cemas Asas Dan CPR
CMIINFRA organized a two-day Basic First Aid and CPR Course on November 12 and 13 at the Seminar Room of the CMIINFRA Headquarters.
The course was conducted by Mr. Mohtar bin Hj. Ahmad, a former Medical Assistant at Mahkota Medical Center from the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, who provided essential knowledge on basic first aid for critical emergency situations such as accidents or injuries.
With these skills, employees are now better equipped to respond promptly during emergencies, ensuring everyone’s safety before professional medical help arrives.

A representative from CMIINFRA attended the Program Sesi Pendengaran Awam Sejahterakan Bandarayaku to engage with the proposed Drainage System Upgrade in Kampung Pulau Kelapa, Pengkalan Batu constituency.
The program, held at Balairaya Kampung Pulau Kelapa, was graced by the presence of YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Mayor of the Historic Melaka City Council (MBMB), accompanied by YBhg. Datuk Ahmad Azlan bin Ahmad Salleh, City Secretary.

Program Jamboree@Chinchin X Helaz Dan CPR Karnival
The CMIINFRA Sports and Recreation Club (SPIRIT) contributed their efforts to the Jamboree@Chinchin X Helaz & CPR Carnival program, a collaborative event with the Melaka Youth Council (MGBM) under the leadership of YB Datuk Khaidirah binti Abu Zahar, Deputy EXCO for Investment, Industry, and TVET Development, who is also the ADUN RIM.
Held at Taman Ekstrem Tasik Chinchin, Jasin, the event featured various exciting activities such as the Jamboree Ride, Pushbike Fun Race, and CPR Fun Run, fostering a spirit of sportsmanship within the broader community.
The closing ceremony was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, accompanied by YB Datuk P. Shanmugam A/L Pitchay, EXCO for Youth, Sports, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and the Gadek Assemblyman.
This sporting program provided meaningful exposure for SPIRIT members in managing large-scale events while also introducing CMIINFRA’s official sports club to the local community.

Perlawanan Boling Terbuka Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan Perbadanan Kemajuan Tanah Adat Melaka (KSK PERTAM)
The Open Bowling Tournament organized by the Sports and Welfare Club of the Melaka Customary Land Development Corporation (KSK PERTAM) took place at the Melaka International Bowling Center (MIBC), MITC Ayer Keroh, with participation from agencies such as Yayasan Melaka, Bank Rakyat, and the Office of the Governor of Melaka.
The presence of YBhg. Datuk Mohd Ridhwan bin Mohd Ali, Chief Executive Officer of PERTAM, who witnessed and supported the competing teams, added excitement to the event.
In addition to promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports activities, the tournament played a significant role in strengthening social ties and welfare among CMIINFRA staff and the local community.

Gotong-Royong Perdana Untuk Program Jamboree@Chinchin x Helaz
The CMIINFRA team participated in the Grand Gotong-Royong to clean up Taman Ekstrem Tasik Chinchin, Jasin, in preparation for the Jamboree@Chinchin x Helaz Program and the Melaka State CPR Carnival 2024, which will be held over two consecutive days from October 25 to 26.
The cleaning activities covered areas such as the campsite, drains, and surau to ensure public facilities are in top condition for the event.
The cleaning program was also attended by YB Datuk Khaidirah binti Datuk Seri Abu Zahar, Deputy EXCO for Investment, Industry, and TVET Development.
This gotong-royong was not just a cleaning effort but also a way to strengthen relationships between agencies through a spirit of collaboration.

Hari Bertemu Rakyat Sempena Program Santuni Madani Peringkat Negeri Melaka 2024
The CMIINFRA Complaints Unit has taken the initiative to go to the field by opening a complaints counter on Hari Bertemu Rakyat (HBR) in conjunction with the 2024 Melaka State Level Santuni Madani Program at the Raudhatul Hannah Mosque, Bukit Bayan. The program was further enhanced by the presence of YB Tuan Haji Adly bin Zahari, Deputy Minister of Defense and Bukit Katil assemblyman, accompanied by YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Mayor of the Historic Melaka City Council (MBMB). A live complaint session between the Bukit Katil Japerun community and the agencies involved today aims to listen to the voices of local residents more efficiently to overcome the problems faced.

Hari Sukan Negara Peringkat Daerah Alor Gajah Dan Poghut Ayer Limau Berpoloh 2024
Saturday, October 12, 2024. Hari Sukan Negara Peringkat Daerah Alor Gajah and Poghut Ayer Limau Berpoloh 2024 took place at Taman Sri Aman, Masjid Tanah. Among the interesting activities that have been organized throughout the program include Fun Run, Sports, Pull the Rope and Netball. The event, which was held with great excitement, was officiated by YB Datuk Hameed bin Mytheen Kunju Basheer, EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Transport who is also the Ayer Limau assemblyman. Pesta Nostalgia Malaya Temara
Thursday, August 29, 2024. The Malaya Temara Nostalgia Festival was held with great enthusiasm at CMIINFRA Headquarters, Bukit Beruang, in conjunction with celebrating Independence Day and Malaysia Day. This festival features a variety of interesting activities, including the screening of wayang pacak ‘Kanang Anak Langkau’, folk games such as batu seremban and stabbing the feet, as well as the best dress competition. It is hoped that this program can further strengthen brotherhood among staff, both at the Headquarters and at the District Site, while remembering the history and spirit of the country’s independence.

Latihan Subkontraktor oleh CMIINFRA
A Subcontractor Training was organized by CMIINFRA at the District Site Office for Alor Gajah, Melaka Tengah, and Jasin over three consecutive days, from Tuesday, August 20, to Thursday, August 22, 2024.
The key topics covered during the briefing included an introduction to Grass Cutting Maintenance Work (R03), Bridge and Culvert Cleaning (R05), Drain Cleaning (R07), a briefing on Contracts, as well as awareness of the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Safety.
This training not only provided staff with broader exposure to technical fields but also prepared them to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure safety at project sites.

Majlis Penutup Program Mini Karnival Usahawan Desa (KUD) @ Festival D'Bendang Peringkat Negeri Melaka 2024
The Closing Ceremony of the Program Mini Karnival Usahawan Desa (KUD) @ Festival D’Bendang Melaka State 2024 was successfully held at Kem Benteng Negara, Sungai Rambai.
CMIINFRA played a crucial role in ensuring the festival grounds were clean, organized, and safe before the event began, guaranteeing the smooth running of various activities throughout the three-day festival.
Among other activities held were sales booths and traditional sports events, such as fish-catching competitions, volleyball, bicycle balancing, and pillow fighting.
The highlight of the Mini KUD Festival D’Bendang was further enlivened by the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister, who is also the Minister of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, YAB Datuk Seri Utama Dr. Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi, accompanied by the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, and the Deputy Exco of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications, who is also the State Assemblyman for Duyong, Datuk Noor Helmy bin Abdul Halem.

Hari Bertemu Rakyat (HBR) Peringkat Parlimen Jasin
Hari Bertemu Rakyat (HBR) for the Jasin parliamentary constituency was held at Dewan Alamanda, Jasin, Melaka. The program was officiated by the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, accompanied by the State Secretary, YB Dato’ Azhar bin Haji Arshad.
The event was also attended by the senior management of CMIINFRA, including the Chief Executive Officer and Director, Che Hasnadi bin Che Hassan, and the Chief Operating Officer, Helmi bin Hamdan.
All agencies and state government departments of Melaka participated in the HBR program, with CMIINFRA playing a role in assisting the public in reporting maintenance-related complaints more easily.

Perlawanan Bola Sepak Empat Penjuru
The Four-Corner Football Match between CMIINFRA and the teams from Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB), Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Negeri Melaka (SWCorp), and SWM Environment Sdn. Bhd. was successfully held at Hang Tuah Stadium, Jalan Hang Tuah, Melaka. CMIINFRA’s football team, TEMARA FC, achieved third place in this inaugural tournament.
Also present was YBhg. Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, the Mayor of MBMB, who officiated the match with a ceremonial kick-off.
The event not only helped improve the physical health and fitness of the staff through continuous physical activity but also strengthened the camaraderie among the agencies.

Majlis Perasmian Dan Penutupan Program Fiesta Madani
The Opening and Closing Ceremony of the Fiesta MADANI Program for the DUN Durian Tunggal 2024 was held at Sawah Bendang Kg. Beringin, Durian Tunggal. CMIINFRA staff assisted with the program by providing a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) to ensure the safety of the villagers participating in the sports activities in the paddy field.

Program Gotong-Royong Korban DUN Ayer Limau 2024
Program Gotong-Royong Korban for Ayer Limau Constituency 2024 was successfully completed at the Ayer Limau JAPERUN Complex, Lubok China.
The top management of CMIINFRA participated in the distribution of sacrificial meat and food kits to the program participants. A total of 17 cows were distributed to the villagers involved.
Also present was YB Datuk Hameed bin Kunju Basheer, the EXCO for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities, and Transport, who is also the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Ayer Limau.
